Etelko develops, manufactures and markets precision actuators for paper machine industry and paper machine automation system manufactures. The applications are head boxes, steam boxes, moistening and coating stations.
Other products of the company are electronically controlled lubricating oil dozing devices and stainless steel clamping systems. Etelko distributes its products worldwide through a network of authorized distributors or directly to the customers in certain market areas.
Etelko Oy develops, manufactures and markets both manual and automated actuators for paper making industry. A new generation TBD oil dozing devices offer almost unlimited and process based possibilities to control oil flow.
Etelko motorized axial type actuators can easily been modified to different axial force ratings from 1000 N to 20 000 N and different strokes from 3 to 20 mm. Rotary dilution valve control actuators offer accurate positioning torques from 10 to 30 Nm.
Etelko motorized actuators are controlled by a control card with parallel modbus protocol. The control card has stepping motor control and can be adapted with feed back device such as LVDT-sensor as well as potentiometer.
Etelko actuators are most cost effective way of solving paper machine control applications.
